About this Certificate Program: On the one hand, you're an experienced learning professional (trainer or instructional designer), who's been in the field for 5 to 20 years and know your way around a training program.  On the other hand, you want to take your skills to the next level. You not only want to broaden your training skills but also build other business skills. Ultimately, you want management to entrust you with more responsibility and interact in a business role outside of the training function.

   This certificate program is designed for you.  Although the job description for a Senior Learning Professional differs among organizations, certain expectations are remarkably consistent: excellent “technical” skills as an instructor, an ability to contextualize a trainer’s work within the scope of the work of the organization, the ability to represent training outside of the training group, and the ability to effortlessly handle multiple tasks . This certificate program will help you build these skills. Using a case study approach, you’ll broaden your base of skills and learn ways to become more effective in your work.
