About this Certificate Program: This certificate program explains what training evaluation is and shows how to perform it. Through hands-on exercises and case studies, learn about the different types of evaluation, such as the Kirkpatrick methodology, satisfaction surveys, tests, observations, transfer assessments, Return-on-Investment (ROI) analysis, and departmental evaluations. Specifically learn what each type of evaluation is, when to use it, and how to conduct the evaluation. Also explore broader evaluation issues, such as conducting a credible evaluations and presenting results to stakeholders.

At the end of this program, students are eligible for a certificate of completion.

Who Should Attend: Learning professionals who have participated either as a manager, project manager, instructor, or course designer in the design and development of at least 5 learning programs.
