A 2- to 4-page, single-spaced (notice the change from previous assignments) procedure for performing a task at a current job and that is either not documented anywhere or incorrect (or incomplete).
Note: If you do not currently have a job, you may write a procedure either for a summer job, or for a student or community organization for which you volunteer.
Include at least 1 graphic in the procedure.
Try out the procedure with a user. On a separate sheet of paper (does not count as the 3 to 5 pages of the assignment); describe at least 3 changes you made as a result of that trial.
Include your Planning Form; make sure that it includes a list of both main and supporting tasks, and an outline.

Note: A draft is due in class, Wednesday, October 9. If you do not provide a draft, your final grade will be reduced 1 letter grade.

Provide you with an opportunity to write one of the most common and significant types of technical and business communication.
Introduce you to the value of testing procedures with users.
