How We Can Work Together

Different design projects require different types of assistance. Ultimately, services are tailored to your needs. But here are three common frameworks for a working relationship:

  1. Serve as creative director for a project.  In this role, I would prepare high-level and detailed designs for you.

Typically, I do not develop communication products that I design. Instead, I usually work with other technical communicators and course developers. I review their work throughout the project to make sure that it conforms to the specifications.

  2. Conduct an expert review according to research-based criteria and extensive, practical experience.
  3. Lead a seminar, in which your staff not only develops design skills, but also makes signficiant progress on the design of a current project. For a list of seminars and speeches available, click here.
