Assisting organizations with identifying their future needs and charting practical paths for achieving them. Efforts include researching and writing the plan, facilitating strategic planning meetings, providing industry background information, providing executive coaching through the strategic planning process, and reviewing strategic plans.

Curriculum planning and development

For new projects, defining requirements for workplace learning and communications projects, and translating those needs into curricula and performance improvement campaigns that can be accomplished with the available resources.

For existing curricula, evaluating current efforts, defining new requirements, and translating the findings into enhanced curricula and performance improvement campaigns that achieve improved results while working with available resources.

Human resources planning for workplace learning and communication groups

Helping management determine appropriate staffing levels and writing related justifications for the effort, advising management on skills development for existing staff, and advising on reorganization and redeployments.
